If you’re like most of us gamers, it seems like there is a ploy around every corner to get more money from you and it can be difficult to know where and how to spend your money wisely. Believe me, I know all about this as I was addicted to Humble Bundle before they came out with their monthly subscription offer and I have been known to spend real-world cash in WoW, Steam, and various EA but is it really? 1z562n
Could it be that it’s actually worth it after all, at least for some gamers? Let’s explore this idea for a bit, shall we?
Connor over at MMO Fallout makes a pretty good case for EA Access:
“As someone who doesn’t exactly learned covering MMOs, the very presence of a subscription service tends to leave a bad taste in people’s mouths, especially when stacked on top of another subscription (in this case Xbox Live).”
Connor goes on to explain some of the reasons why it’s a good deal, including:
- Opportunities for sports games (after all, it is EA)
- 10-hour trials
- The Vault
- sales
If you head over and read the full post for yourself, you’ll see all the reasons Connor ranked EA Access a good deal. We want to hear from you. Are you using EA Access? Why or why not? Is it really worth it?
