BioWare is upping the ante on their customer service department. In the players did not feel satisfied with the level of response they were getting. 5h6y4g
However, I have to sent me an email about it and when I replied with some additional info, I got a response in 5 minutes.
But I’m not the only one experiencing better Korriban and he screencapped the conversation to share. He even got permission to post it on Reddit and it seems the CSR team wants players to know that they are there to help.
